Who said it’s lonely at the top?
It’s far from lonely over here at Regan Hillyer International.
Last week,
Magic happened in Bali.

Over twenty epic souls, with hearts of service, who are committed to playing a massive game,
Jumped on a plane,
To come and celebrate.

People came from America, New Zealand, Australia, Costa Rica, Iceland, Singapore, London and also Bali.

As a team,
Working completely location free,
From our laptops,
From anywhere we choose in the world,
Somehow with all of the distance,
We make it work.
In fact,
We make it work really well!

About 5 months ago,
Everything was in flow,
Yet I was pacing up and down the pool in Bali,
As I said to Narelle who runs the team at RHI,
“Hey Narelle,
There’s something missing with our team,
We need to do something different,
I can’t pin point what it is..”

Narelle swiftly told me that I should follow my own advice,
And “go and journal on that then!”

I did,
And within 15 minutes,
I had it.

“Narelle - it’s all so good,
Everyone’s so amazing,
It all works so well,
But just IMAGINE what would happen if we got everyone in the same space.”

With a smile on her face Narelle said:
“Magic.
That’s what would happen!
Lets bring everyone to Bali…”

And just like that,
The first RHI Team Celebration and Leadership Retreat was born!

The intention over the three days in Bali,
Was not to “train the team”,
But instead to poor greatness into them,
To help them unleash the most powerful version of themselves,
So they can live into their own vision at a deeper level.

It’s with a full heart that I can happily say,
We did just that…

From deep internal work,
To shamanic activations,
To sunset celebrations,
To jungle walks,
To cacao ceremonies,
To spiritual waterfall immersions,
To lunches in the jungle,
To massages,
To energetic healings,
To plant medicine,
To celebrating,
To jumping in the pool from the roof at midnight,
To meditation,
To breathwork,
To yoga,
To hugging, lots of hugging,
To enjoying the best food,
We were all pulled left, right from our hearts,
Whilst we were cracked open,
Allowing us to go deeper as a tribe than ever before.

Juan Pablo Barahona — Thank you SO much for being in the space.
The work that you did with the tribe was beyond powerful.
You held a space for every single one of us to go deeper than we were expecting to,
And you showed everyone how to lead with love every single day,
Just by being you.
Thank you for the powerful shamanic activations, for the life changing ceremonies, for the singing, the dancing, the celebrating, the medicine and for everything that you poured into each and every one of us.
We all love and adore you so much.

You are such a humble spirit and such an important part of this team.

THE HIGH LEVEL MINDSET THAT I’VE NEVER SHARED BEFORE

I was doing an interview the other day and I got asked an interesting question:
“Regan, what continues to drive you forward?
I mean, you’ve achieved so much at a young age,
And you’re obviously not DONE,
So what is it that keeps you going?”

It was such a great question,
Which could have had a magnitude of answers:
Higher levels of freedom,
Having a bigger impact in this world,
Legacy creation,
Being able to contribute at a higher level…

Although, I paused before I answered the question,
Because I realized the answer actually wasn’t any of those things.

Those are all outcomes,
Results of continuously driving forward,
Striving to achieve more,
To be more,
To give more.

But if we look at what is really underneath it all,
What is actually CREATING those outcomes,
It’s a particular mindset,
And possibly not the standard one that you’re expecting.

It’s not just a mindset of resilience,
Or one of persistence,
Or sheer determination,
There’s something so much deeper than that.

When I really stopped and thought about it,
The mindset that really underpins it all,
Daily,
Is an energetic state.

An energetic state of being exceedingly grateful for EVERYTHING in my life,
But at the same time,
Being exceedingly unsatisfied at the same time.

Now you might say,
Regan,
Those two energies can’t co-exist…

They absolutely can.

And for me,
They’re layered.
It’s a deep energetic mindset that although it has always been within me to a certain extent,
I have certainly consciously conditioned and tapped into this more and more over the years.

When you truly understand gratitude,
You’ll understand it’s power,
And also understand how you will never receive anything more in your life,
Until you are deeply grateful for EVERYTHING that you currently have.

But at the same time,
When you’re connecting with a powerful big vision,
On a daily basis,
The yearning for more just can’t be kicked.

Simply because you know how much more is out there,
You know how much more you could be,
And you know how much more of an impact you could be having,
If you were to play a bigger game.

This is just one example of a high-level mindset that I tap into on a daily basis,
To drastically accelerate my results throughout my life.
