I JUST WANT TO CREATE DOPE SHIT WITH DOPE PEOPLE

“I just want to create dope shit with dope people.”

Now,

This may not sound very profound to you.

But this is what I wrote in my journal just over two months ago.

And I didn’t just write it once,

I wrote it many times.

Over and over and over and over again.

I wrote it into reality daily.

I got into detail.

I shut my eyes.

I pictured what it would be like.

And more than that,

I felt into what it would be like.

I breathed into what it would be like.

The outcomes,

The journey,

The energy,

The zone,

The satisfaction,

The excitement,

Of creating:

“Dope shit with dope people.”

I then went deeper with it.

I pushed my mindset even further.

I worked through the resistance around it.

And I had a good hard look at where I could potentially sabotage it.

Because I take the phrase,

“Dope shit with dope people”

VERY

Seriously :)

To me,

This phrase in my journal meant,

(And still means)

Creating a much bigger impact in the world.

It means multi million dollar deals being signed.

It means leverage.

It means deep, lasting soulmate friendships that other people look at and crave.

It means having as much fun as physically possible in every moment.

It means stepping the hell up and showing up in the world like I know I am born to.

It means leaving the world a much better place then what it was before I got hold of it.

And sure enough,

In the last two months,

I have signed,

Not one,

Not two,

But three multi million dollar deals with,

You guessed it,

Totally DOPE people who are already impacting the world on a massive scale.

People will see the results of these deals over the next three,

Six,

Twelve months.

And they’ll try and “model” what I’ve done.

They’ll try and do the same thing.

They’ll get inspired by it,

And most likely,

A lot of people will take massive action,

To make a similar situation happen for them.

But here’s the MISSING LINK,

That 99.999% of people will never get:

It’s not about the deal.

It’s not about the partner.

It’s not about the strategy.

Heck,

It’s not even about the amount of impact or the amount of money that is made.

It’s about where it STARTED.

You see,

People over the next few months,

Will see the results at that point in time,

They’ll see the END outcome in that moment.

When really,

They’re looking at the wrong element if they want to create the same,

Or similar success.

People look at Beyonce and think,

Man,

Beyonce’s doing that,

I want to be like Beyonce,

So I’ll do that too.

ERROR.

People look at Tony Robbins and think,

I see Tony!

I love what Tony’s doing right now!

I’m going to do that too.

ERROR.

People look at Richard Branson and think,

Branson is a mentor I look up to.

I love Branson.

I love the success he’s created.

I’m going to do what he’s doing now too.

ERROR.

Quit looking at where people are NOW,

And get very VERY curious instead,

About where they STARTED.

How they started.

Why they started.

Where they started.

And what did they do to actually GET started?

You see?

Don’t look at the new deals I’ve just made.

Look at where they STARTED.

They started WITHIN.

They started in my MIND.

They started with specific MINDSET strategies,

They started with understanding the laws of manifestation,

And the practices,

And the diligence,

And only THEN,

Once the INTERNAL work was mastered,

Did the “dope people” actually start to appear in my internal reality.

YOU’RE MAKING YOURSELF LOOK F*CKING STUPID

YOU’RE MAKING YOURSELF LOOK F*CKING STUPID

I’ve been meaning to talk about this over the last few days,
So here it is…

I don’t spend much time on Facebook,
Unless it is interacting directly to the interaction on my content,
Or chatting to my tribe in private client groups.

Every now and again I’ll scan my newsfeed,
And over the last week,
A couple of posts have stuck out for me,
From so called “coaches”,
Where in my opinion,
They are NOT okay…

Being a coach myself,
Obviously, the intension is to add value,
Put incredible offers out there,
And lift your community to higher levels.

BUT,

None of this counts if it is not authentic,
And not coming from a place of integrity.

This is what I saw over the past week:

— Someone promoting a webinar about how to increase your visibility online,
And this person had about 4 likes on his post.
Pretty sure my dad who doesn’t have Facebook, could set up an account and get more visibility than that…

— Someone did a live stream teaching people how to make money online,
And I know for a FACT that although this person is considered successful, their money isn’t made online! They’re just branching into that area now.

— Then! There was someone who was posting about how they can show you how to live location free and a life of financial freedom.
This person is in a 9-5 job and is broke.
The photo lying on the beach on a Saturday doesn’t represent being location free or financial freedom if you have to go back to a job that you hate on Monday…

I mean,
Seriously.

INTEGRITY people.
AUTHENTICITY people.
HONESTY people.

Because you’re doing nothing other than making yourself look ridiculous.

NOW,
I am not at all suggesting that in order to add value to people’s lives you need to have all the answers.
I’m not suggesting you need to be a guru.
I’m not suggesting you need to be at your final “goal”.
I’m not perfect,
My business isn’t perfect,
And my programs aren’t perfect.

But I can promise you this:
I will never,
EVER,
Run or promote ANYTHING that I have not first achieved results in myself,
And I will never pose or create a facade so that it “appears” that I have XYZ result,
When really,
That’s bullshit.

And the people who create and coach from a space of truth will be left standing.

Integrity,
Authenticity,
And Truth will WIN.
Every,
Single.
Time.

THE HIGH LEVEL MINDSET THAT I’VE NEVER SHARED BEFORE

I was doing an interview the other day and I got asked an interesting question:
“Regan, what continues to drive you forward?
I mean, you’ve achieved so much at a young age,
And you’re obviously not DONE,
So what is it that keeps you going?”

It was such a great question,
Which could have had a magnitude of answers:
Higher levels of freedom,
Having a bigger impact in this world,
Legacy creation,
Being able to contribute at a higher level…

Although, I paused before I answered the question,
Because I realized the answer actually wasn’t any of those things.

Those are all outcomes,
Results of continuously driving forward,
Striving to achieve more,
To be more,
To give more.

But if we look at what is really underneath it all,
What is actually CREATING those outcomes,
It’s a particular mindset,
And possibly not the standard one that you’re expecting.

It’s not just a mindset of resilience,
Or one of persistence,
Or sheer determination,
There’s something so much deeper than that.

When I really stopped and thought about it,
The mindset that really underpins it all,
Daily,
Is an energetic state.

An energetic state of being exceedingly grateful for EVERYTHING in my life,
But at the same time,
Being exceedingly unsatisfied at the same time.

Now you might say,
Regan,
Those two energies can’t co-exist…

They absolutely can.

And for me,
They’re layered.
It’s a deep energetic mindset that although it has always been within me to a certain extent,
I have certainly consciously conditioned and tapped into this more and more over the years.

When you truly understand gratitude,
You’ll understand it’s power,
And also understand how you will never receive anything more in your life,
Until you are deeply grateful for EVERYTHING that you currently have.

But at the same time,
When you’re connecting with a powerful big vision,
On a daily basis,
The yearning for more just can’t be kicked.

Simply because you know how much more is out there,
You know how much more you could be,
And you know how much more of an impact you could be having,
If you were to play a bigger game.

This is just one example of a high-level mindset that I tap into on a daily basis,
To drastically accelerate my results throughout my life.
