I talk a lot about ease,
And flow,
And following your bliss.
But now it’s time for some real talk…
It’s impossible to create the big results in your life,
If you’re not willing to do whatever it takes,
No matter what.
From such a young age,
I was obsessed with successful people.
I kept saying to myself:
Surely the people who have created such amazing lives for themselves,
Surely they’re not the “chosen ones”,
Surely living a life on your terms isn’t just for some people,
While some people are destined to suffer and struggle?
I soon realised that we are all intentionally creating our reality,
And I also noticed that there a few things that separated these successful people apart from anyone else I knew…
Before I dig into this,
Lets get this clear:
This is not just about creating financial success,
Although all of these points stand true across the board.
For me,
I was measuring success across ALL areas of life,
And noticing how the people that I were so curious about,
Seemed to be living at a high level across ALL areas,
In ways that served their souls,
In ways that it was evident that they were living life completely on their terms.
Personally,
For me I’m not interested in how successful you are financially,
If your health is in a terrible place,
And your relationships are unhealthy,
And you float around completely disconnected in the world.
For me,
It’s about having it ALL across the board,
Completely on your terms,
And of course,
Knowing that you can have it all at once.
Here’s what I learned from continuously studying highly successful people over the years:
1. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE OBSESSED
And I don’t say this lightly.
Successful people who know that they are obsessors raise your hands proudly!
There is a fire that burns deeps within successful people,
That is impossible to put out until the have reached their goal.
But here’s the crazy thing,
Most extremely high level people know that their IS no end point,
It’s all a continual journey,
So guess what?
They’re CONTINUALLY obsessed!
Sure - the focus point may vary slightly,
But find me a successful person out there,
Who is not currently completely obsessed about creating MORE success in their life,
In whatever way it looks like for them in the moment.
This is why people who don’t get this,
Struggle with high achievers, with leaders, with visionaries, with people creating massive change in their world.
The people who don’t get this will tell them to:
Calm down.
Get some balance in their life.
Enjoy the moment more.
Sometime they’ll attempt to make them feel bad for their obsession,
They may tell them (often) that they are self obsessed,
Or “all about” whatever it is that they’re obsessing over.
All of these digs and stabs are simply acts to pull you back into your comfort zone,
To make you dim your light a little bit,
Because they can’t handle how bright you’re shining.
Excuse me,
Go and put on your f*king shades if you can’t handle the brightness please!

2 SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE ALL POSSESSED BY SOMETHING SO MUCH BIGGER THAN THEMSELVES
If you know what I mean you’ll COMPLETELY get this.
The core of the obsession?
It’s not even you.
It’s flowing through you.
It’s actually like you are possessed sometimes - of course in a beautiful and magical way!
You know that the fire driving the obsession is not even about you,
It’s about the change you’re creating.
It’s the world flowing through you.
It goes so much deeper than achieving a goal,
Or ticking something off a list,
Or achieving something for the sake of it.
It goes beyond you,
Your dreams,
Your desires.
You’re pushed,
You’re pulled,
And the WORST thing is,
If you ignore the force trying to flow you,
That’s when everything is pulled out of alignment.
If you try to fit in,
If you try to act normal,
If you try and not be “so obsessed”
Your soul starts to die.
You are left feeling empty,
Sad,
Unsatisfied,
And quite frankly,
You’re not very nice to be around and you know it.
Successful people learn over time,
That it is SO much more uncomfortable being out of alignment with the force that is driving their obsession,
Than it is to try and fit in and not be so obsessed…
Over the years,
One of the biggest, most powerful things I have learned to do is to LISTEN.
I have become OBEDIENT.
When spirit knocks on my soul,
I STOP,
I LISTEN,
I SURRENDER,
I CHOOSE TO BE OBEDIENT,
Then I get obsessed with bringing whatever that call is to life.
Can’t handle the obsession?
Easy,
Move out of the way please…

3. SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE ALL COMMITTED TO DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES TO FUEL THE FIRE THAT IS DRIING THE OBSESSION
When I say whatever it takes,
I mean whatever it takes.
Remember the word I used - obsession - ?
I used the word OBSESSION,
Not “interested in something”.
This is the core thing that separates the good from the great.
It separates the talented from the global influencers.
It separates the athletes from the olympic athletes,
It separates the musicians from the musicians that are on stage.
It separates the wealthy from the super wealthy.
It separates the multi-millionaires from the billionaires.
It separates the people with a voice from the people who are using their voice in the world.
And the question to ask yourself is simple:
Are you interested, or are you obsessed?
If the TRUTH is,
That you are OBSESSED with creating a life completely on your terms,
Then commitment will need to back that up.
Let me make this crystal clear for you:
Commitment is not hiding because you don’t feel like showing up.
Commitment is not putting something off because you’ve got other stuff going on,
Commitment is not pushing something out because you can’t get yourself in the zone to deliver.
Commitment is not putting other people’s needs before your obsession.
Commitment is not caring about what other people think and being influenced by it.
Commitment is not being in a low vibe frequency so you don’t attract the right people and opportunities around you.
Commitment is not buying into a poor me story that nothing is going your way right now.
Commitment is not telling yourself that it has to be hard and difficult.
Commitment is not ignoring your internal limiting beliefs that you know are holding you back.
Commitment is not honouring the smaller version of yourself that is much more comfortable hiding out in their comfort zone where it is safe.
And this is where I really take my hat off to ALL of you obsessors,
Who are obsessed with honouring their truth
AND are fully committed to you.
I see you.
And I know that it takes WORK to stay committed to the obsession.
You need to choose it and reaffirm it and call it in every year,
Every month,
Every week,
Every day,
And some days,
Every breath.
I KNOW all of the things that come firing at you,
To test to you,
To see if you really ARE rock solid in your committed obsession,
And I know how much strength it takes to stand strong during those times.
Committed obsessors changing the world,
I stand with you…

It’s time for some hard truths.
There are too many people out there hoping, wishing and praying that their life is magically going to change.

They have a dream,
That one day,
In the future,
They will be able to do what they want,
When they want,
With who they want,
On their terms.

Dreams of spending more time with their family,
Dreams of doing more things that excite them,
Dreams of rising in their chosen career,
Dreams of creating the empire of their dreams,
Dreams of achieving everything they’ve always wished they would achieve,
Dreams of giving more to their community,
Dreams of creating a bigger impact in this world.

Yet sadly,
For most people,
Most of those dreams,
Remain exactly that:
A DREAM.

The below is simply my own meandering opinion,
Written from a space of studying successful people since a young age,
From a space of being obsessed with figuring out why some people make it in life,

And it is also written from a space of observing others attempt to do the same,
But instead watching them screw it up, get frustrated, or just stay exactly where they are at.

Here’s why most people will never make a million dollars:

1. YOU NEVER CHOOSE IT
Making millions of dollars is a choice.
Being broke and stressed out about money is also a choice.
So many people never actually sit down and CHOOSE that making millions of dollars is their birthright.
Or, they decide that they are going to make a million dollars,
But they forget that it is a DAILY choice that you need to make.
You literally need to choose it over and over and over again,
Every month, every week, every day, every minute, every breath.
You need to live and breath this choice and then act accordingly.
If you think choosing it once,
Writing it in your pretty little journal,
Sticking it on your vision board and staring at it once a day is going to cut it,
You’re kidding yourself.
So the question is now, what do you choose to choose, in every breath?

2. YOU BELIEVE YOUR OWN BULLSHIT
Making millions is hard.
I’m not good enough to do that.
It just seems so big.
I can’t even think that big.
You have to do something you don’t love to make that much money.
I don’t know how.
It’s greedy to want that much money.
I have to make massive sacrifices in order to make millions.
Making millions has to take a long long LONG time…
BULLSHIT ALERT!
These are all just stories that,
At some point in your life,
You have created in your own pretty little head.
Stories that you have breathed live into day after day,
Until they appear as complete FACT.
When really,
You’re in control of the story.
You’re also in control of what bullshit you choose to believe, or not…
What bullshit in your own head do you choose to release in this moment???

3. YOU HAVE INVESTING IN YOURSELF COMPLETELY BACKWARDS
Firstly,
Find me someone who has made multiple millions of dollars who has not invested in themselves SUBSTANTIALLY in order to create that result.
Personally, I sit here, having spent over half a million dollars on my own personal development journey and education.
HALF A MILLION DOLLARS worth of money that I did not HAVE.
I found, raised and borrowed the money BEFORE I was making money!!
No it was not easy
No it was not convenient
No it did not feel like the right time
Yes it was scary
But, investing half a million dollars, to receive multiple millions of dollars back?
Yes please…
Here’s the thing - most people will never make millions of dollars simply because they have investing in themselves completely BACKWARDS!
I’m SO sick of hearing:
“Regan, once I have the money show up, then I’ll invest in myself”
WHAT?
That is insanity.
If you had the money already flowing in, you probably wouldn’t NEED to invest in yourself!
It’s NOW that you need to invest in yourself,
To actually create the change you need to create in order to create the RESULTS.
This seems mindblowingly obvious to me,
Yet so many people have this completely backwards and actually BELIEVE that they can invest in themselves when it’s all super easy and convenient and the money is just sitting there…
WHAT?
Flip it baby.
If you keep it backwards and keep waiting for an easier time, you’ll NEVER get there.
Guaranteed.

4. YOU’RE NOT COMMITTED TO SERVING YOUR SOUL
The world is trying to co-create with you.
The world WANTS you to live in abundance.
The world WANTS you to receive all of the money you desire,
So that you can truly do everything you desire to do with your life.
When will you realise that you need to shut up and listen?
You must listen to your soul if you want to create millions of dollars,
In a way where it’s in total alignment and you’re doing what you love.
The more you serve your soul’s deepest desires,
The more you surrender to your purpose,
The more you dig into your truth,
The more you commit to doing what you love,
THAT’S when the money will flow.
Too many people out there believe that you need to create millions in a way that doesn’t feel good,
And THEN you can create space to do what fuels your soul.
I call bullshit on this and want you to know that you can have it all,
Including receiving millions of dollars simply by choosing to LISTEN to your soul,
And getting paid daily for doing the things that sets your soul on fire.
Or you can earn money doing things that you don’t like doing.
You choose…

5. NO ONE IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT HAS DONE IT BEFORE
You are the sum of your environment,
On every level.
Not just financially,
Although that also stands to be true.
Anyone you are spending time with,
You absorb their belief system, their vibrations, their frequencies, their habits and ultimately their results,
Simply by osmosis.
This is AMAZING when you are hanging around successful people constantly,
But if no one in your direct environment has made millions of dollars,
Then,
Um,
Why are you expecting to?
The people you spend the most time with in your environment.
Add up what they’re making roughly per year.
Divide it by the amount of people,
And VOILA:
That’s what you shall receive.
It’s scary how accurate that can be,
Especially scary when it’s not the number that you’re striving for!
Remember the half a million dollars worth of education and personal development that I referenced I had spent earlier?
Guess what the biggest chunk of that went towards?
No, not a secret strategy that I haven’t shared with you…
ENVIRONMENT.
The biggest chunk of all the money I’ve invested has gone directly to spending time with successful people.
VIP days.
Dinners.
Experiences.
Social outings.
Private mentoring one on one.
ANYTHING to get closer to my mentors.
To get in their environment.
To get in their circle.
To become one of them.
To live and breathe their belief system.
To tap into their vibe.
To understand how they tick.
And I don’t regret spending any dollar.
The sad thing is,
Most people just aren’t willing to step up and invest…

6. YOU ARE INAUTHENTIC WITH YOUR RESULTS, YOUR STORY AND YOUR WORD
I see you,
You know who you are.
You’re lying about your results, your story and where you are currently at in your life.
Sadly, inauthenticity is riddled through many different industries, especially the coaching industry.
Here’s the thing:
If you are lying to your audience and your community, then ultimately you are lying to yourself.
How do you think you are going to create authentic results from a space of complete inauthenticity???
Don’t post a photo of you on a beach with your laptop,
Preaching freedom,
Then go back to your 9-5 job that your hate.
Just be real with your audience about where you are at.
Don’t write a post saying you’ve had hundreds of applications,
When it’s obvious you only had eight, as you only have four people at your event.
Just be real with your audience and where you are at.
Don’t livestream and put down other people in your industry,
Sharing stories framed as truth, that are actually fabricated stories,
Simply to prove a point through ego.
Just be real with your audience and where you are at.
Last week I fired a client.
Canceled her payment plans she hadn’t paid off and ended the relationship.
For a moment I was sad, upset and disappointed about it,
As it is someone who I was very close with and had known for many years.
But my reason for deciding to no longer continue the journey with her was simple:
She was not integral with her word.
And what’s worse, is she was not integral with her word after I had done nothing other than love on her, lift her up, support her and give to her.
She walked away thinking the release was about money,
And she couldn’t be more wrong.
The release was 100% due to her lack of integrity around keeping her word.
Which I know, if change is not created,
Will leak through into her work, her community, her results,
And quite simply, I don’t want to play a part in supporting that.
If you think that you can generate millions,
Without being entirely integral and impeccable with your word,
You really are kidding yourself.
Tidy it up guys, you know who you are…

7. YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT ALL BY YOURSELF
Find me one person who’s making millions of dollars who’s done it by themselves.
With no help,
No support,
No guidance,
No systems,
No team,
Nothing.
Just sitting in their room,
By themselves,
Receiving MILLIONS,
Because they must be some sort of god-blessed GENIUS who obviously has it all figured out.
Can you name someone?
Anyone?
Okay…
And I go back to my point on investing in yourself and being HUMBLE enough to ask for help and realise that no one is completely self made…

8. YOU THINK YOU’LL GET THERE JUST BY WORKING HARDER
Hustle hustle hustle is the answer.
It must be.
Surely if you just DO more,
You’ll RECEIVE more?
Newsflash:
People making millions of dollars don’t have any more hours,
Any more minutes,
Or any more days.
They don’t “not sleep”,
In fact the other people making millions that I truly love and adore,
Are all about actually LIVING their life,
Living into an amazing lifestyle at the same time as generating results.
The game is really about how can you leverage your time?
Leverage your results?
How can you get your money working for you?
How can you create bigger results and scale in a way where it DOESN’T require more of your time?
How can you do all of this in a way where your time is FREED up so you can live daily in YOUR zone of genius,
Doing your SOUL WORK and living every day doing the things that you LOVE AND receiving millions in the process.
Or you can just hustle hustle hustle and work harder.
You choose.

9. YOU ARE LOOKING EXTERNALLY FOR THE ANSWERS
If you are looking externally for the answers,
You’ve got it all backwards.
Too many people think that the answer is in the strategy,
They’re obsessed with figuring out “HOW” to make millions,
When really,
The powerful question to ask is:
“WHO do I need to become so that millions automatically show up?”
Why is it that 10 people can “DO” exactly the same things in business,
1 will make it and make millions,
The other 9 will continue to struggle and stay where they’re at.
The answer lies in their INTERNAL wiring…
Success in any area of life is over 80% psychology,
Mindset,
Your internal wiring.
And the good news is,
However you are wired internally,
You can change it.
But you have to put in the work.
You have to be committed to completely shifting and accelerating your mindset.
Or you can keep looking externally for the answers,
Living in completely denial that YOU are the missing link here.

10. YOU’RE NOT WILLING TO MAKE SHORT TERM SACRIFICES FOR LONG TERM PLEASURE
You’ll hear me talk about being committed to bliss all the time.
But a part of being committed to bliss is also committing to the fire,
Committing to doing the work!
Now - if you’re making money just being you and doing what you love then YES,
Doing the work,
Although it can be firey,
Can also be super blissful!
Find me one person receiving millions of dollars,
Who hasn’t made sacrifices in the short term,
In order to receive an insane amount of long term pleasure.
The sad thing is,
Too many people are not willing to make scarifies in the short term,
They’re more obsessed with short term bliss.
We live in a world of instant gratification.
We are used to getting what we want INSTANTLY.
And the thought that some of the long term pleasure and deep bliss may actually take some TIME to show up is hard for some people to get their head around!
The thought that they might have to give something UP in order to get what they want,
Tends to kind of baffle people,
Apparently.
Newsflash:
You will need to give up MULTIPLE short term pleasures,
Whilst you are committing to the fire,
And unleashing the abundance that you are birthing.
I have given up caring what people think.
I have given up specific relationships that did not serve my purpose.
I have given up negative limiting mindsets that were keeping me stuck.
I have given up feeling comfy sitting in my comfort zone.
I have given up time relaxing.
I have given up time with friends and family.
I have given up sharing moments with loved ones.
I have given up trying to please everyone.
I have given up wanting everyone to like me and love me.
I have given up trying to be perfect.
And a STACK more.
It’s simple,
If you are NOT willing to give up short term pleasures,
You will not create extensive long term abundance.
Long term abundance?
Or short term momentary indulgences?
You choose…

11. YOU THINK YOU’RE ABUNDANT BUT YOU’RE REALLY STUCK IN SCARCITY
There’s too much fluffy abundance talk around these days.
“Choose love”
“Choose abundance”
“Abundance is everywhere”
Yes all well and good if you actually LIVE by those values!
But if you just vocalise them,
Write them on a vision board,
Then write a motivating blog about them,
SORRY,
But that is no guarantee that your life is going to be abundant.
Abundance takes WORK.
It takes SACRIFICE.
It takes CHOOSING.
It takes INVESTING.
It takes OVER RIDING FEAR.
It takes COMMITMENT.
And the scary thing is,
Too many people are KIDDING themselves that they’re living in abundance,
When really,
They are so far stuck down a hole of scarcity and lack that they can’t even see the way out.
Realise this:
Scarcity and abundance can’t co-exist in the same moment.
It’s impossible.
So you have to CHOOSE one or the other.
But please don’t KID yourself that you’re choosing abundance.
Don’t preach about living an abundant life,
Then freak out about something being too “expensive”.
And remember abundance isn’t just about money,
You choose abundance or scarcity in your health,
In your food.
In your relationships,
In your lifestyle,
In your family,
In every part of your life.
Money is just a beautiful reflection because it is so blindly obvious to see where you’re at!
Are you CHOOSING to live abundantly?
Money flows with ease.
Are you PRETENDING to live abundantly?
Money does not flow.
And you are stuck in not having enough, fear, worry and doubt.

It is 1000% more powerful to OWN that you’re in scarcity and you’re aware of it and working on it,
Rather than to PRETEND that you’re living in abundance!

12. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, YOU THINK ALL OF THIS IS ACTUALLY ABOUT THE MONEY
My last point…
(I could write another 12 at least - but for the sake of this blog, I’ll start closing here…)
One of the BIGGEST traps I see people fall into,
People who are looking to manifest millions,
Is this:
They think that it’s actually about the money.
They think it’s about creating it,
Having it,
Achieving the goal of it,
When really,
The game couldn’t be more far from this…
Money is simply a reflection.
It’s energy.
It’s a vibration.
It’s a digital number or some pieces of paper,
Which you have the ability to tap into and receive,
When you know how to call it in.
And if you’re trying to manifest the money because you think it’s actually about the money,
It won’t show up.
Plain and simple.
Once again,
Find me one successful person generating millions of dollars,
Simply because they said,
“I’m not sure why I want this,
Just for the sake of making money.
Yeah - I’ll just make millions just because,
I don’t know,
It would be cool to have the money.”
Sounds obviously when you spell it out,
Yet so many people STILL are focusing on the money.
Want to know the trick?
(This literally took me hundreds of thousands of dollars, a stack of time and even more trial and error to figure out:)
LOCK IN the amount of money that you desire.
DECIDE that it’s done.
Then act daily from a space of SERVICE,
Completely unattached to the outcome of the money.
Money is an exchange,
It’s an energy.
The more value you authentically add in the world,
The faster the money will show up.
Focus on the money,
The world will feel where your intentions are,
And although you may eventually generate a million dollars,
It’ll be a painful and empty road.
Service wins every time.
Value wins ever time.
Heart wins every time.
Acts from that space.
Then allow the money to flow in as a default.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR, YOU MIGHT JUST GET IT

Have you ever read someone’s mind and thought the exact same thing as them at the same time?

I believe we were all born physic.

Have you ever thought of someone and then received a text from them instantly?

I believe we were all born connected.

Have you deeply desired something and sure enough, it shows up in your life?

I believe we were all born with the ability to manifest.

Maybe I don’t talk about these crazy beliefs that much…

But I sure do use them and draw from them daily,

To intentionally create the life I desire.

I don’t believe in luck.

I don’t believe in chances.

I don’t believe in strange events.

I do believe in synchronicity.

I do believe that we’re intentionally creating it all.

Whilst at the same time, there is a higher source that we all call different names which we draw from to allow ourselves to be pulled further and further into alignment.

Whenever I teach about manifestation,

Or creating from within,

Be it about money,

Or impact,

Or empire creation,

I don’t really teach anyone anything…

Although I DO show you how to unlearn a few things,

I DO show you how to rewire yourself,

So that you can REMEMBER what you already know,

The things that are within you,

That you were born with.

I have drawn on these beliefs,

To create everything that I have created to date in my life.

Which is why I was confused over the last few days.

A few moments / scenarios / people have shown up in my life recently,

And the moments / scenarios / people had me confused…

Why were these things showing up like this?

This isn’t really want I wanted?

I don’t understand why this is happening?

And I started to feel myself move into frustration, doubt and confusion.

NONE of which are powerful states for manifestation,

As you can imagine!

I am so intentional with everything that I create in my life,

I DID find myself falling into a mindset of

“Maybe this is just some bad luck.”

“Maybe I’m not worthy of what I truly desire.”

“Maybe I’m not ready to receive it.”

And after catching THOSE thoughts,

I chose to snap myself out of it.

THAT mindset definitely wasn’t serving me.

I went back to my journalling,

I went back to going within,

I went back to meditation,

And quickly realised one thing:

What I was receiving in that moment was actually EXACTLY what I had asked for.

The moments had happened.

The scenarios had manifested.

The people had shown up.

But why wasn’t it PERFECT?

Because I wasn’t SPECIFIC!

I stopped at simply calling in what I desire,

And ditched the details.

Details which were actually CRITICALLY important when manifesting these specific things and people.

Then I felt a wave of calm rush over me.

Take it back to basics Regan.

You’ve got this.

Now go and get clear on what you ACTUALLY want,

Across ALL areas of life,

In DETAIL

And once that is locked in,

Release any sense of HOW it is going to manifest,

Take aligned action,

Then let the world deliver what you deeply desire.
