People are often mirrors for their clients and when I am growing and accelerating, I do tend to notice that my clients will mirror this and grow and expand at the same rate as me. That’s why I am constantly upgrading, educating and growing myself. The challenges continue to unfold and revolve as I continue to evolve.

We also discuss the “non-negotiables” that come with client-facing businesses, within the nurturing and growing and mentoring niches and the responsibility to show up every day, at your best for your clients. And, what makes you an effective mentor. It’s about understanding the “non-negotiables” around understanding that there is no other option.
